LEARN MORE ABOUT ME
First of all I would like to thank-you, thank-you for coming to my website and for you thank-you for making the decision to make a change in your life and to not do it alone.
We all have struggles as we go through life, life I like to compare to the ocean at times is calm and beautiful and other times it can feel like a storm with waves crashing down around us. But it’s how we learn to deal with a situation, so we create more calm days than stormy. This is entirely achievable by improving our mental state and how we live our lives, which is why I decided to come a “life coach”, we all need guidance as we go through life and what makes me truly happy is helping others, helping you realise your dream and making it come true, finding your inner peace in your life or to improve your lifestyle to live a happy life.
Let me introduce myself my name is Tony, I have spent over 20 years working with in the catering industry up until the pandemic hit and it made us all sit back and make some changes in life.
Back in 2020 and 21 whilst we were in the middle of a Pandemic we were all given some reflection time and whilst it wasn't easy, it did give us all some time away from the normal hustle and bustle of everyday life to reflect on the little things. This is what motivated me to move into coaching, during which time I studied - Nutrition, Business and Life Coaching Courses as well as bringing my own experiences which I have learnt from, like setting up new businesses, starting with a mobile disco (many years ago) with college friends through to 2 businesses within the hospitality industry, to name but a few.
I have been interested coaching for years listening or reading books from motivational speakers like Jim Rohn, Zig Ziglar, Les Brown, right up more modern day ones from Jay Shetty as well as the biggest of them all Tony Robbins. We should never stop learning as this helps keep the mind active. Something I like to use on a daily basic to keep my mind active is affirmations and one which I like to say to myself is ‘Don’t hold back’ especially when decision making, I also use one which I say to myself every night be for I go to bed is ‘I am happy, I am healthy, I am rich, I am free’. Saying affirmations to yourself can really help you install something into your core self. I am going to paraphrase here to help explain further using the words of the great Tony Robbins – and he asks his clients or himself when making a decision in life how would they like to feel when looking back on their life when they are old, which he funny enough calls the ‘rocking chair test’. Would you like to look back and be glad you’ve tried and failed rather than not tried at all.?
Just pause and think about that for a moment, think about your goals and press the contact button and let me help you achieve yours, you owe it to your self don’t you?
